python3-munkres software package provides munkres algorithm for the Assignment Problem - Python 3 library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-munkres
python3-munkres is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-munkres package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-munkres *
You will get with python3-munkres package name, version, architecture and description in a table
